At Landscape Concepts by Richard we pride ourselves on providing a complete, multi-dimensional landscape service. Attention to detail, innovative, forward thinking design and quality workmanship ensure that every project is unique and produced to the highest standard by our qualified and award winning team.
Landscape Concepts by Richard offer a range of landscaping services including design, install and the long term maintenance of your property. Our packages are flexible, we can be involved in elements of you project, or manage the project from the design of your outdoor space right through to the maintenance of your completed landscape.
CONSULTATION PROCESS
Landscape Concepts by Richard offers a range of consultation services depending on the scale of your project. Consultation fees vary depending on your location. These will be confirmed when you contact us.
DESIGN CONSULTATION
We begin the design consultation by reviewing the site while getting to understand your ideas along with how you intend to use the space. (Having pictures and visual aids ready for your designer can be a great help in understanding the visions you have for your landscape.) The onsite consultation takes between 60 - 90 minutes. Design options and products will be discussed during this time along with all other site specific design topics.
HORTICULTURAL CONSULTATION
Landscape Concepts by Richard also offers a plant based consultation for clients that are interested in planting renovations rather than structural changes.
The health and placement of the existing plants will be discussed along with site and soil conditions and the current maintenance programmes. If plant choices can be resolved during the consult then the consultant will proceed straight to providing a quote within 10 working days for providing and/or installing the plants.
INSTALL CONSULTATION
Richard and his award winning team have a reputation for innovative designs, attention to detail and high standards of workmanship. These attributes are crucial in being able to meet the constant challenges of bringing a design to life. The team possess confidence and knowledge in all forms of landscape construction, as well as familiarity with a wide range of construction materials and a complete understanding of the horticultural requirements of a garden. This ensures the successful installation of the landscape, as it was designed, every single time.
All construction, install and maintenance work is charged at an hourly rate as agreed between the Landscape Concepts team and our clients.
MAINTENANCE CONSULTATION
If you'd like to chat about the long term development and maintenance of your landscaped section, then we're on the same page. Maintaining your landscape is the best way to protect the investment you have made in your lifestyle. Your outdoor space is constantly developing and growing and requires consistent and knowledgable attention to achieve it's full potential both aesthetically and as an appreciating financial investment. We will be more than happy to discuss tailoring a package to suit your needs and your budget.
FEES
Following an in-depth consultation a detailed landscape design, install or maintenance fee, unique to your individual requirements, will be provided for your consideration. Upon approval of the fee schedule, Landscape Concepts by Richard will begin work in response to the clients brief, lifestyle, site and architecture. All fees are payable in full following the complete satisfaction of the client.
